I did this quiz on fragments and it just keep going on. I got really mad at it because it just kept going. I really don't like quizzes. I guess went your writing sentences to remember to double check their writing and make sure it wakes sense. I think run-ons fit in sometimes when you're writing a something long that really has no meaning. Sometimes they work, to just get everything out of your mind. A run-on sentence is when the person who is writing the thing your reading just keeps going so for instance I do run-on sentences a lot not joke because I forget to put a period or something haha. A fragment is when I go like this. There was.

  1. Ha! Great examples, indeed. I was chuckling in the beginning of this post, expecially your comment, "I guess went your writing sentences to remember to double check their writing and make sure it wakes sense." I was first thinking, "Oh boy. Looks like all the words are spelled correctly, although the words don't completely make sense." Then I re-read the post. It made me think that this is a perfect example of not double checking and writing when frustrated (clearly that quiz had an impact!). I loved this post because of all your great examples! Keep blogging, girl!! :O)

  2. I agree with you Maya! Except, when you were writing what writers should make sure not to do, you did. That made me laugh a bit. :)
